Team Pull-up Ladder 1-10 + Team Squat Ladder

#1 performs one pull-up then #2 performs one squat and so forth…..

2)

Deadlift Ladder 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 @ 205# -

I need to work on my dlifts.

3)

Push Press @ 70% 1RM for reps
Single Arm Russian Twist – bar only for reps

Sumo Deadlift @ 135# - reps
Three sets – We need to push our selves here. Make every rep count and go to failure each time.

4)

6x Pull-up +
6x Ring Dip +
6x KTE
Six rounds (36 each), done to finish, not for time

10x KB Swing @ 53# KB +
15x Ball Slam @ 30# ball +
20x Push-up
