Front Squat @ 135#
Smith Machine Bench Lunge @ 135#

12, 10, 8, 6
Deadlift @ 225#
Leg Curl

Little Runny Angie

Run 400m + 50 Squats
Run 400m + 50 Pushups
Run 400m + 50 Situps
Run 400m + 50 Pullups
Blast through once for time
