Freaking Monday

Warm-Up
Arc Trainer for 20 minutes while watching "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" in cardio cinema. This could have been the longest most painful 20 minutes of my life. Why anyone would want to watch that movie who was older then 12 years old and a girl is beyond me.

Overhead Squats
15,15 reps @ 45# (light)
12,10 reps @ 65# & 95# (medium)
10,8 reps @ 115# (heavy)
6,4 reps @ 135# & 155# (MAX)

2)
BB Lunges + Smith Machine Calf Raises
12 lunges each leg @ 95# BB + 20 Calf Raises
10 Lunges each leg @ 115# BB + 20 Calf Raises
8 Lunges each leg @ 135# BB + 20 Calf Raises

3)
Leg Press (4 plates each side) 20-10 +
Seated Calf Raises (3 plates) 10-20

4)
5 ROUNDS of
Stairmaster MAX SPEED for 1 min. +
4 "Get-Ups" each side w/ 35# DB
