Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is featured in this months Muscle & Fitness magazine. It said this about his workouts, "Dwayne Johnson's workout is always evolving as he constantly tweaks it and tries new things. Typically, though, he likes to hit big muscle groups once a week and smaller muscles twice. For each set he starts with relatively high reps, about 15, and does fewer reps as he progresses to heavier weight. Rest periods are short (30-60sec) to maintain his conditioning." The Rock also said of himself, "When I train, I'm peeled away. I'm at my rawest state. Training for me is a metaphor for life, period. The dedication, the determination, the desire, the work ethic, the great successes and the great failures - I take that into life.”
