Rest one minute between rounds
Single Arm Pull-Down (D handel)

Finish with max pull-ups

WOD Results:
After 20 minutes the only part of the WOD that started to slow me down was the sit-ups. At first I was finishing each round in about 45seconds, but by the end it was taking about 1:20 per round. Finshed with 16 rounds.
