Stuart: I have been in AZ checking out hotels for an upcoming Crown Council meeting. I busted out a workout at the Arizona Biltmore Resort. The Biltmore was created by Frank Lloyd Wright back in the 1930s and not much has changed since it was first created...but, they have recently updated their gym to include all sorts of goodies. One of which was a GHD - it provided me a great opportunity for suffering. After a short warm-up I rocked out:

4:47 - It has been a while since I took on FRAN and there is a reason why. Not my best performance, and that was made known to me by how long it took to recover. The aftermath of FRAN has been much worse in the past which makes me believe I could have gone harder. Being in a hotel is no excuse. I have my eye on breaking 4:00min next time around.
