Didn't fully push it today. I like my joints so I didn't want to walk that thin line of a true 1 Rep Max

C- Power Cleans 235#, Deadlift 385#, Squats (lower back was tight so I kept it light) 315#, Bench (Just went for reps and didn't go heavy) 205#
