After a 4 day "all-you-can-eat" trip with my family to Yellowstone I am back to work. Two days worth of rest is a nice break from training, but four full days of sitting in a car eating thousands of calories worth of carmel corn are not helpful when trying to train for optimal performance. Everything felt heavy today.
