weekend

Why do people love "the easy way?" The cheap diets. The minimum amount of effort for supposedly the most possible results. Work hard. Push your limits and become a better man.

Friday:
30 minutes of StepMill
1:00 work / level 135
1:00 rest / level 50

then
on the minute for 10:00 minutes
3x 175# power clean squats

then
7 rounds of
5x bb lung 135#
50 double unders (unbroken)

then
run 2 miles

Saturday
two 10 miles loops

Night ride moved me from my house along Holladay Blvd to Porcupine Grill up onto Wasatch Blvd and then down 4500 South. Rested as I descended 4500 South and then did the same 10 mile loop again at a faster pace. The first loop took 33:30 and the second loop took about 31:00.

My legs couldn't be more sore. The lunges from yesterday destroyed my life.
