Warm up with 100 push ups and 1 mile run

then,

10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 3, 3 of Overhead Squats

Chipper - 15x Overhead Squats @ 90% of 3RM, 100m walking lunge with a 45# overhead then 400m farmer carry

400m run
50 pull ups
400m run
100 pushups
400m run
200 Squats
400m run

My shoulder does not like overhead squats, or really any part of me, so I did back squats. 3RM was 315#. I used 290# for the chipper.

The last portion of the workout started to fatigue me pretty good. Overall a very nice workout.
