I assume that everyone is holding out for January 2nd to start exercises, because the gym was empty. 


Row 1000m TT 
followed by Three rounds of: 
7 Overhead Squats 115# 
6 Pull ups 
5 Burpees 
There is a 12:00 time limit to complete the row and all three rounds. 


 STRENGTH 
 Push Press 5-5-5-5-5
