10 Rounds of:

10 X KB @ 44# Clean and Press - (Do a clean then press with your left then with your right then both hands. This is one rep) - 10 X PullUps - 10 X Ball Slams - 10 X GHD Situps (If you don't have a GHD machine do KTEs)

Tabata Row (20 sec work, 10 sec rest for 4:00 total minutes)
