then 3RM on Good Mornings

Rest 5-10 minutes then

5 rounds for time.  There is a strict 10:00 time limit.

5x Deadlifts at 275#
10x Burpees

Chris: 5x5 floor press 225#, Good Morning 185# 3RM, WOD 6:15 (I used a fat bar which weighs 75# instead of 45# so my weight on the DLs was 305#)
