Grandeur Peak Fun Run 10 miles
Did the Grandeur Peak Fun Run this morning, which is a little over 10 miles and 4,500 of vertical. Started at the west trailhead at Parley's trail then proceeded to the summit and down the Church Fork side to the PipeLine trail for a few miles. Then up over the ridge and back down to the trailhead start.

Chris: From the start to the summit my time was 42:28, which is a PR (I think). There was a lot of vertical, which ended up taking its toll, since I haven't trained too much yet.
