Good mornings 8x3 (70% of 1RM) on the 1:00

Rowing testing:

250m

500m

then as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the following:
500m row
12 goblet squats
15 knees to elbows

I really was pushing for a 1:20 500m time, but the second 250m really got the best of me.
