PM 1:00-2:00 TT sprints along Holladay BLVD 

Tuesday 
AM 30 mile ride 
PM 5k x2 @ 24:00 minute pace 

Wednesday 
AM VITALITY strength / conditioning  
PM 5K run home from work at 21:00 minute pace 

Thursday 
taper and recover ride (10 miles) 

Friday 
taper and recover ride (10 miles) 

Saturday 
YUBA OLYMPIC TRIATHLON
