DAY 17 / 56

VITALITY AM: 
10:00 Warm-up Airdyne 200 cal 
then 

100 steps of walking lunges w/ 20# ball overhead 
then 

7:00 minutes of ball throws with partners 
then 

1-7 step-up later holding 20# ball on chest + 
10 squats w/ ball on chest after each round 
done with 5 other partners - ball stays on chest the whole time
