then 

4 rounds of 30 step ups (24' box) 
15 push-press (40# DB), 10 push-ups, 5 pull-ups 
no rest 
then 

150 Wall-ball @ 20# ball 


RIDE PM: 
25 miles @ below 150BPM (1:20:00) 

I liked this picture. Training, work and planning create hope. Hoping for a good outcome is not a strategy if you are not prepared to do the work and have a plan to get it done.
