Push-Ups on Dumbbells +
Straight Leg KTE

Cable Flys x 12 reps +
3 Plates Plunger Seated Calves

Moved quickly through Cindy, but we took some time to chat in the later rounds. Nice time we will go for 20 and try to get into 30 rounds each.
The 10-1 was a little light for Chris so he took his last three sets up to: 225, 235 & 245

Conversation Highlights:
1) Stuart's return from the US Open
2) Some neighbor guy of Chris's telling him that a friend of his has a $300,000 ski boat and that Chris looks like he weighs 150lbs
3) Stuart saw "Spanky" from the old flag football team and he is still a d-bag.
4) Chris is training for the sprint-tri this weekend and can't decide if he should go sockless. He will test out his transitions this week.
5) Chris bought some smelly pills from Baron. I got to smell them.
