Warm-Up, then:
1 mile run
30 Front Squat 135#
50 Push Ups
20 Front Squat
50 Push Ups
10 Front Squat
50 Push Ups
5 Front Squat
1 mile run

12, 10, 8 reps with each leg of:
Smith Machine Lunge 
Leg Press
135# Step-up

3 sets of 10 - for time:
225# Deadlift
95# Jump Squats

Finish with Calves and Abs
