Monday Chest

Warm Up then Start with WOD;
"Helen"
3 Rounds for time:
Run 400 Meters
21x KB Swings
12x Pull-Ups

10-1 of BW Incline with Cousins w/20# Ball

Negative Bench Press with Plyo Push Ups, 12, 10, 8, 6

3 Rounds of;
Partner Flys and Plank
One person performs the plank for 1 minute while the other performs as many reps of flys as possible.  Each round position the cable flys in different positions (starting at the bottom) and go up 10# each round on plank starting with 25#.
