1 mile run then warm up on squats and deadlift

12, 10, 8, 6 of:
Back Squats with 60lb DB starting with 135# and ending on 255#
Deadlift @ 225#
1 minute jump rump at the end of each round.
1 minute rest in between rounds

3 Rounds of:
Leg Press
Overhead Lunge with 95# BB
Flying Burpee 50m

METCON
5 Rounds
20 Box Jump @ 12 levels
10 Deadlift 185#
5 Thrusters 135#
