Great workout dawg! Thanks for putting something together. I am working out in this ghetto hotel gym that doesn't even have a barbell. Nice. So, all of my presses were done with DBs (although the DB rack only goes up to 50#). I had to do the SDHP with a cable machine - not awesome, but I guess it was better then nothing.
Today was the last day I am going to be able to workout this week. So, a four day "rest" coming up. Can't wait for Monday....
