Leg Extension and Leg Curl
5 sets of 10 reps - Back Squat - Increase weight each set
3 Rounds of:
10x Dig outs
10x Knee Jumps (Increasing the weight each time)
12, 10, 8, 6
Front Squat
BB Hack Squat
Ab Circuit
