Back in the Saddle

Warm-Up
Do MAX REPS of Hammer Curl + Shoulder Press @ 30#DB and when you have to rest do 1 Minute on Stair Master at Level 16. Do as many rounds as it takes to get to 100 reps of the Curl + Press

Max Press (90#) for 30 seconds each arm
Rest while partner goes

2)
15 x 95# OHS +

15 x 95# Push Press

10 x 115# OHS +
10 x 115# Push Press

8 x 135# OHS +
8 x 135# Push Press

6 x 155# OHS +
6 x 155# Push Press

3)
3 Prong Curl Machine + Seated Reverse Press Machine

4)
50 Wall Ball (20#) No Stopping

Rest while partner does 50
40 Wall Ball
Rest while partner does 40
30 Wall Ball
Rest while partner does 30
20 Wall Ball
Rest While partner does 20
10 Wall Ball
Rest while partner does 10

Any fouls will result in 10 man makers after you finish 25#DB
