Warm Up - 3 Rounds of:
20x Air Squats
20x Prisoner Squats
20x Squats holding a 25# plate straight out in front of you. Arms fully extended.

Back Squat Breathing Ladder @ 135#
1-10-1

With a 30 sec rest between each round do the following until failure
1 Squat Clean, 1 step up on both legs, 30 sec rest
2 Squat Clean, 2 step up on both legs, 30 sec rest
3 Squat Clean, 3 step up on both legs, 30 rest
and so on...........

5 Rounds
7 315# deadlift
21 Double Unders
