Jon and I went first on the Airodyne. This machine has the wonderful power to make you think that everything is going to be okay - while you are on it, but once you step off after going hard for more then a minute you feel the real effects. After doing the Airodyne to Hell workout my legs where so fatigued. Everyone gave full effort to finish, and some suffered the effects a little more then others (Eric). But in the end it was a great interval workout that required mental focus and quick recoveries.
The finishing times where to close for comfort. Eric got on the bike to do his last 10 calories when the clock was at 9:46. He finished just as the time rolled to 10:00.
