"Too Tired"

It's estimated that 60 percent of the U.S. population fails to engage in the recommended amount of physical activity, and about 25 percent of U.S. adults are not active at all.

A national survey, conducted by The Pennsylvania State University and the American Egg Board, asked more than 1,000 Americans over the age of 18 what their "key reasons for skipping exercise" were; more than 70 percent of respondents said they were "too tired" or "lacked the energy."
