Set your countdown clock at 20:00 and perform as many rounds as possible of:
400m run + Max Pullups
You are working to get as many "rounds" as possible. So, once you come off the pull-up bar start another round. I did this workout on a treadmill because it snowed about 8 inches yesterday. I set the incline at 1% and ran all the rounds at a 9 speed. Finished 7 rounds and completed 102 pull-ups.
