Back Squat WOD: Worked in driving my heals into the ground and keeping my knees tracking over my toes. Joe (trainer at Studio Cove) filmed my form last week and gave me some squating tips - one of which was to sit back more. Joe played running back for the Colts in 1991-1993 so I respect him his opinion when to comes to Oly Lifts.
Airodyne Challenge was taken to a whole new level. I have never pushed that hard on the bike before. 276 cal in 10 minutes - my heart rate averaged 177 and maxed out at 188bpm. Every time I have done the 300 challenge I have improved.
