2010 CrossFit Qualifiers

CrossFit posted all of the 2010 qualifer workouts. Gave one a try today at lunch from this past week at the Southeast Qualifiers.

12 minutes max rounds
20 Handstand Pushups (only do this one time)
Then:
20 Double Unders
10 x 24' box jumps
10 x Lunges w/ 60lb barbell

20 handstand pushups took me almost 2:00 to complete. Then I rocked out 8 rounds of the workout. I didn't have a 60# sandbag to throw on my back, so I just loaded up a barbell.
