After a short warm up (2 mile run, 20xMan-Makers 30#DBs) I left good enough to jump right into some heavy DB bench.


1)
DB Bench
10 @ 50% 1RM (50#dbs)
8 @ 70% 1 RM (70#dbs)
6 @ 80% 1 RM (85# dbs)
4 x 2 @ 90% 1 RM (95#dbs)

2)
Zercher Squats

30 Wall Ball 20lb ball
This workout wipes me out every time. After the first round today my brain was already asking for a break. Each time I got under the Dynamax ball my brain started telling me to just do 10 at a time or some other crap half set. I finished each Wall Ball set unbroken and feel quite proud about it. Either way - this was a gruling workout that sucked to do alone.
