10 x 100m swim (all out effort)
Taking 3:00 to complete each round. 1:30-1:40 to swim the 100m and then whatever time is left over use as a rest.
Mark your calendars - July 10th, 2010 - Echo Reservoir. Just a little over four weeks to get things ready for the next race on the schedule. As part of everyone's training program I want you to contact Barfoot Ted and have him make you are pair of these.

Gold's Gym on VanWinkel Express Way has not cleaned thier pool in years. Bandaids, hairballs, insects are just a few things I saw today. I guess it's good training for open water swims.
