DB Hang Clean / Pull-Up workout turned up to be more taxing and lengthy then first assumed. Because Studio Cove doesn't have the balls to buy heavy DBs we each had to do different weights.
Chris (65# DBs): 24:00 min
Stu (70#DBs): 28:00 min
Eric (75#DBs): 32:00 min

After a short break we all did one round of tabata sprints on the AirDyne. We went for max calories in the 4 minutes.
