Split jerk made it up to 195# - I made it through 4 reps, but set the bar down before finishing the last rep. I am sure in the mind of every athlete there lives the voice that tells them to stop. "You've worked hard enough." The voice usually speaks at the end of workouts when things get hard. I had a little self discovery today allowing "the voice" to convince me to put the bar down before the last rep.

I think this time that I start talking shit back to "the voice."
