Squats to Failure

Back Squat 135#
Add one rep every minute until failure.

Here is a real suggestion: Exert more effort.

Chris and Stuart made it through 15 rounds (15 minutes). After finishing we rested about 5 minutes and then attempted to bust through some heavy BB lunges - didn't happen. We did three sets of 6 lunges at 135# and called it. Three hours later and my quads are still juiced.
