Start with 10 Kettle Bell Swings. Sprint 40 yards. Perform 9 Kettle Bell Swings. Sprint 40 yards. Perform 8 Kettle Bell Swings. Sprint 40 yards...down to...1 Kettle Bell Swing. Sprint 40 yards.

C- First 3 sets were with 315, but due to the bike ride last night I almost killed myself so I scaled down to 275 for the remaining 2 sets. Strict Press - 155. Weighted Pull-Ups 100#. Forgot to start the timer on the WOD, but my legs felt like they were full of lead at this point.
