Friday 07/09

On the minute every minute for 25 minutes perform the following:
Power Cleans at 185# - Or 80-90% of one 1 Rep max

After rest 5 minutes then:

Strict Chin Ups 3 x Max Reps
Toes to Bar 3x20
Full Glute Ham Raises 3x20

185# 50 times ended up taking its toll on my hands. I think some of my skin on my thumb is ingrained in the bar now.
