5 Rounds: 3 WPU (weighted pull ups), 10 Clapping Push Ups, 40 yd Bear Crawl

2 Rounds of:
24x Deadlift @ 295#
24x Box Jumps, 24 Wall Ball,
24x Bench @ 195#

24x Box Jumps, 24 Wall Ball,
24x Clean @ 145#

2 Rounds didn't seem like a big deal, but it wasn't fun. Forearms are still wrecked from the tire flips.
