30 Thrusters (95#)
30 Pull-ups
100 Double-Unders

I don't know how long this workout took us, but the first round was bad and then the second round was ugly, and by the third round things had hit the fan. I was getting 3 pullups at the time for my last 15. We both resorted to doing 5 thrusters at a time in the last round. On a bright spot we both dominated the double unders.
