endurance

I don't claim to know how to train for races or triathlons. I read and study basic books, website, professionals and attempt to do things that I see are working for others. I do the things that I feel will not only benefit my life but also get me to the podium. Thinking that I don't know everything there is to know about fitness and training causes my anxiety because of the strain I put my mind and body through. Learning "what works" seems to be a life-long process that I will pursue, and because I am committed to working each day to be better things seems to be improving. I am not an expert, but one day hope to be.
