Lunges got heavy, but because of the killer row warm-up they might have been able to do more. Rower: 11 rounds Front Squat WOD: 9:12 (stuart)
I got 11 rounds and definitely felt the acid in the throat. I hate lunges, especially after the rower. I subbed the front squats for 185# hang squat cleans. Did I mention I hate lunges?
