death by squat

Front Squat
2 x 5 front squat @ 95#
2 x 4 front squat @ 135#
2 x 3 front squat @ 185#
2 x 2 front squat @ 225#

Then

Death By Squat
each :60 do a back squat adding one rep each minute until failure.
