5 sets to failure of front squat
rest 2-3 minute between sets
then:
4 x 30/30 mountain climbers
4 x 30/30 split lunges
then:
Airdyne (working for 30 cal. each minute)

1:00 work / :40 rest
1:00 work / :30 rest
1:00 work / :20 rest
1:00 work / :10 rest
1:00 work / :20 rest
1:00 work / :30 rest
1:00 work / :40 rest

Front Squat Failure @ 135#: 25, 20, 18, 15, 12
Failure happened in my upper body before my legs ran out of juice. I just couldn't hold the bar any longer for all the sets.
