combo pack

Warmed-up until my heart was worked up and sweat was flowing then jumped right into max effort of:
Row 1,000 +
Run 1 mile +
Row 1,000
for time.

This was a great little combo that could be even better if it was done for a maximum rounds kind-a thing for an hour. Going back and forth between the push//pull of these exercises created a big hit on the system.
