Rower WOD:
stuart - i finished 8 rounds of this WOD right on the money. all of the 250m where sub :50.

The 60+ minutes on my bike in the basement was made better by watching half of the new Star Trek movie on my iPad. The destruction of Vulcan made my blood boil thus pushing me to finish strong.
