With a running clock do the following: 95# thruster. So you would do 1 the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd until you cannot complete anymore reps in that particular minute.
4x10 KB Double Goblet Squat - 53#
4x10 KB Swing - 53#
Zercher Squat & Turkish Get Ups - 5-1, 1-5 so your sets would look like: 5 Zercher 1 TGU, 4 Zercher 2 TGU and so on. No Rest
Heavy BB Step-ups onto a 24" Box
3 Rounds of 10 KTEs and 1 min ring plank holds
Row 2000 meters for warm down.
