Chipper: 15x Press @ 90% 1RM, 40 Man Makers @ 35# DBs, Buddy Carry for 800M (400M each)

then,

On the minute for 20 minutes:

3x 185# DL
6x Push-Ups
9x Box Jumps

Stretch and Foam Roll...
