Perform 25 reps on Bench Press at Body Weight. If you can do this easily next time increase it by 5 pounds on each side.

I should of done this with plenty of time to shower afterwards. I'm sitting at work typing this with sweaty balls right now.
C- 39:15 - Felt really good with the Rx weight.
