DB Front Squat
DB Push Press
DB Lung (right)
DB Lung (left)
work to find the heaviest weight possible

then
3 rounds of
185# bench press x 15 reps +
2:00 airdyne @ 30 cal per minute
rest 2:00

DB WOD:
hardest part was hanging onto the DB in the final cycles of each round. started with 55#DB. then moved to 65#DB and finished the last 4 sets with 70#DB.
